AmigoToolz is run by a small team. Email is the only channel, and it is read by a person.

What to include

A tool is wrong or broken. The tool’s name and the exact input you gave it. Output that is wrong is more useful to us than output that is missing, so please paste both what you got and what you expected.
A privacy question or request. See the Privacy Policy first — it sets out what is and is not held, which for most visitors is nothing at all.
Reporting misuse. If one of the tools here has been used against you or your systems, say which one and roughly when, and we will look at what we can see.
A tool you want. What you are trying to do, not what you think the tool should be called.

What to expect

There is no guaranteed response time, and we would rather say so than publish a promise we cannot keep. Security reports and privacy requests are looked at first.

Security

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email the address above with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.
