The service
AmigoToolz provides free online utilities. There is no account, no subscription, and no payment. We are not currently able to bill you for anything, and these terms do not create a paid relationship.
What you may do
Use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. We ask no attribution and claim no rights over what you produce with them.
What you may not do
- Use the site to break the law, or to help anyone else do so.
- Use the networking tools against systems you do not own or have permission to test. HTTP Header Checker, DNS Lookup, and DNS Propagation Checker make requests to third parties, and doing so abusively may be unlawful where you are.
- Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Circumvent rate limiting, or automate access at a volume that degrades the service for others.
- Scrape the catalogue wholesale, or redistribute the site as your own.
We may block access that breaches these terms, without notice.
Your content
You keep every right in whatever you enter. We claim no licence over it, and in most cases we never receive it — many tools run entirely in your browser. Where a tool does run on our server, your input is processed and discarded.
Our content
The site, its design, its text, and its code are ours or our licensors'. The tools are provided for you to use, not to copy wholesale.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any tool at any time, including this whole site.

Read the Disclaimer. In short: the tools are utilities, not professional advice, and you are responsible for checking any result you rely on.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AmigoToolz is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, profit, or opportunity, or from any decision made on the basis of a tool's output.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and consumer-protection law may give you rights these terms cannot remove.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario. If you use the site as a consumer elsewhere, you may have rights to bring proceedings locally.
